The Spatz FASTA LITE overshoes are the latest evolution in performance footwear protection, designed to offer a sleek, aerodynamic fit without compromising on comfort or ease of use. Engineered from ultra-supple, high-stretch materials, they’re exceptionally easy to pull on and off, providing a glove-like fit that enhances both performance and aesthetics.
Originally conceived in 2019 with the Legalz model for competitive riders restricted by race regulations, the concept has undergone several transformations-culminating now in a brand new category. Rather than tweaking an existing design, the 2024/25 FASTA LITE represents a complete reimagining of what an overshoe can be. Developed with input from elite athletes including the Olympic Gold Medal-winning Brownlee Brothers and WorldTour team Alpecin-Deceuninck, this overshoe is built to perform at the highest level.
Every element of the FASTA LITE has been re-engineered for optimal function. The foot and ankle sections use a robust Lycra-covered neoprene for durability and warmth, while the leg portion features an ultra-light 1mm neoprene that stretches and contours seamlessly to the skin. With no zips or fastenings, the overshoe is designed for simplicity-just pull them on, don your cycling shoes, and fold the toe section down over the front.
Vertical silicone seals along the leg create a smooth transition between legwear and overshoe, reducing drag and minimising water ingress. A pair of internal silicone aqua seals at the base ensures the overshoe stays locked in place throughout your ride.
