The Nukeproof Kilowatt C 297 Factory is a full carbon, mixed wheel E MTB built around the new Avinox M2S motor system. Delivering up to 1300 watts of peak power and 150 nm of peak torque, it gives instant acceleration and smooth support on steep climbs. The carbon chassis uses Nukeproof’s proven four bar Horst Link suspension platform with 160 mm front and 150 mm rear travel for grip, support and control on technical terrain. Designed to blend the confidence of the Mega with the versatility of the Reactor, the Kilowatt Factory is built for riders who want a playful, capable and adventure ready E MTB for big days out and demanding trails.

Full Carbon Frame And Proven Suspension
The Kilowatt Carbon Factory uses a lightweight and stiff carbon frame with tube in tube cable routing and a fully integrated battery. The four bar Horst Link suspension platform has been refined over more than a decade to deliver small bump sensitivity, mid stroke support and consistent traction. With 150 mm rear travel and a one piece linkage for added stiffness, the bike stays composed on rough trails and under hard braking.
Avinox M2S Power System
The Avinox M2S motor delivers up to 1300 watts of peak power and 150 nm of peak torque for fast climbing and responsive acceleration. The compact design keeps the bike feeling natural and balanced. The DP100 colour touch display provides clear ride data and mode control, while the 12A fast charger keeps downtime to a minimum.
Battery capacity depends on frame size. Small frames use a 600Wh fixed internal battery due to down tube length constraints, while medium, large and extra large sizes use an 800Wh fixed internal battery.
Factory Level Components
A Fox 36 Float Factory fork with GRIP damper and a Fox Float X rear shock provide controlled and supportive suspension performance. SRAM’s T X0 wireless drivetrain delivers precise shifting under load, paired with a GX Transmission cassette and chain. SRAM Maven Silver four piston brakes with 200 mm HS2 rotors offer powerful and consistent stopping.
Tough Wheels And Premium Finishing Kit
The Kilowatt Factory rolls on a mixed wheel setup with Schwalbe Albert Gravity Pro tyres for grip and durability. A Nukeproof Horizon cockpit provides a stable and comfortable riding position, while the OneUp V3 180 mm dropper post adds confidence on steep terrain. The Horizon Enduro saddle and single clamp grips complete a high quality build ready for aggressive riding.
