Marin Tam 1 2026 Mountain Bike

The Marin Tam 1 is a fast and capable short travel trail bike built for riders who want modern geometry, efficient suspension and great value. The Series 4 aluminium frame uses 120 mm of IsoTrac flexstay suspension for smooth, controlled support on rough terrain. A 130 mm X Fusion Rezza fork, Advent MX 11 speed drivetrain and a Manic LC dropper post create a lightweight and responsive setup for XC loops, long days and technical singletrack. With space for two bottles, internal cable routing and easy service parts, the Tam 1 is designed for real world riding and simple maintenance.

Lightweight And Efficient Frame

The Series 4 aluminium frame uses the IsoTrac flexstay suspension layout for 120 mm of smooth, efficient travel. It reduces weight and complexity while keeping the bike responsive on climbs and controlled on descents. The geometry uses a 65 degree head angle and 76 degree seat tube angle for stability and climbing comfort.

X Fusion Suspension

A 130 mm X Fusion Rezza fork and matching Rezza rear shock provide balanced support for XC and trail riding. The fork uses a Fine Cut damper with three position compression adjustment, while the rear shock is tuned specifically for the Tam platform.

Advent MX Drivetrain And Hydraulic Brakes

The microSHIFT Advent MX 11 speed drivetrain offers wide range gearing with a 11 50T cassette for steep climbs. Tektro HD M535 hydraulic brakes with 180 mm rotors provide consistent stopping power on long descents.

Strong Wheels And Fast Rolling Tyres

Marin double wall rims, Novatech hubs and Delium Fast 29 inch tyres create a durable and quick rolling wheel setup. The tyres are tubeless ready for improved grip and puncture protection.
