The Marin Alcatraz 2 is built for riders who want the highest performing Alcatraz spec without stepping up to a full custom build. Designed with Matt Jones, it delivers the same dirt jump DNA and progression focused geometry as the pro level frameset, paired with premium components that keep maintenance low and confidence high. A Manitou Circus Expert fork, PNW cockpit, Tektro four piston rear brake and Marin’s Series 3 aluminium frame create a tough, responsive and trick ready platform for jump parks, pump tracks and street sessions. Available in short or long frame sizes, the Alcatraz 2 lets every rider find their perfect fit for sending bigger lines.

Strong Aluminium Frame
The Series 3 aluminium frame is built for dirt jump riding with carefully shaped tubes for strength and low weight. It features internal cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket and horizontal dropouts with a custom chain tensioning system. ISCG 05 tabs allow easy chain guide installation for trick heavy riding. Two frame lengths let riders choose between a BMX inspired short frame or a calmer long frame for taller riders.
Manitou Circus Expert Suspension
A 100 mm Manitou Circus Expert fork smooths landings and keeps the front end controlled on bigger hits. The fork is designed specifically for jump bikes, offering stiffness, durability and predictable rebound for spins, flips and technical features.
Simple And Durable Drivetrain
A single speed drivetrain keeps things quiet, simple and reliable. The Marin forged alloy crankset with narrow wide chainring provides secure chain retention, while the external bottom bracket adds long term durability for repeated impacts.
Premium Cockpit And Tough Wheels
PNW Range handlebars with 38 mm rise help absorb harsh landings and give a comfortable, confident riding position. The Marin CNC stem adds stiffness and precision. Tough rims, sealed hubs and wide tyres create a stable wheel setup built for hard riding on dirt, tarmac and wood features.
