The STYRKR BAR30 is a soft, easy-to-digest rice-based energy bar designed to deliver fast, stable fuel during long rides, runs and endurance events. Each bar provides 30 grams of quick-acting carbohydrates, balanced with small amounts of protein, fat and fibre to support sustained energy and help prevent mid-session fatigue. Added electrolytes replace salts lost through sweat, helping maintain performance in hot conditions or during high-intensity efforts.
Inspired by classic rice cakes but refined for better density and texture, BAR30 is vegan, gluten-free and gentle on the stomach. The soft, chewy consistency makes it easy to eat at pace, even in cold weather, and the compact size fits neatly into any jersey pocket or running vest.
