Aero Supremacy Meets Gravel-Crushing Grit
The Cervlo S5 Red XPLR AXS 1 is pure aero speed with added versatility for fast road riding, rough tarmac and light gravel. It takes the race-winning S5 platform and pushes it further with sharper aero shaping, lighter construction and deeper integration. This latest generation is over 6 Watts faster and 124 grams lighter than before, giving you more speed for the same effort whether you are sprinting, attacking or holding pace in crosswinds.
The S5 keeps its distinctive V-stem and bayonet fork, now refined with deeper fork legs, a reshaped head tube and the new HB19 one-piece carbon cockpit. Cervlo’s Plus-Four concept narrows the hood stance for aero efficiency while keeping a stable, sprint-ready drop position. Every tube and junction is shaped for speed, including the asymmetric rear end and the new Reserve 57|64 Turbulent Aero wheels. These wheels were co-developed with Cervlo to match the frame’s airflow and deliver stability in real-world conditions.
SRAM Red XPLR AXS 1 provides precise wireless shifting with a wide-range 13-speed cassette for fast, mixed-surface riding. The integrated power meter adds accurate training data. Vittoria Corsa Pro TLR tyres keep rolling resistance low and grip high. A carbon seatpost, Selle Italia saddle and front and rear accessory mounts complete a build designed for maximum performance.
